Terms of Service

Lumenly Cloud is a paid photo storage service. An account gives you unlimited photo uploads and albums, bulk ZIP downloads, a 30-day trash window and optional read-only album share links.

There is no free tier or free trial. Your library opens once your subscription is active and stays open while it remains active.

The plan is $5 per month, billed in advance, and renews automatically each month until you cancel. Renewals are charged to the payment method on file through our payment processor.

If a renewal payment fails we may retry it and may suspend uploads and library access until payment succeeds.

You can cancel at any time from the billing page. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Partial months are not refunded unless required by law.

Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice by email before the change applies to your next renewal.

You keep all rights to the photos you upload. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store, process and transmit them so the service can work for you.

You are responsible for having the right to upload and share the photos in your library.

Do not upload unlawful content, content that infringes someone else's rights, or content that sexually exploits or endangers minors.

Do not use the service to distribute malware, attempt to access other accounts, bypass access rules or interfere with the platform's operation.

Unlimited storage is for personal and business photo libraries. We may contact you about accounts used for bulk redistribution, public file hosting or automated abuse, and may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Share links are read-only: holders can view and download photos in that album, and nothing else. You are responsible for who you send a link to.

You can revoke a link at any time by turning sharing off for that album, which immediately invalidates the old link.

Deleted photos sit in trash for 30 days and can be restored during that time; afterwards deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that materially violate these terms, and where possible will give you a chance to export your photos first.

We work to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service is provided as is, without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Keep your own backup of irreplaceable photos.

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
